ABOUT SHAF ONE DAY EVENTS
SHAF on Tour, One day events are collaboratively displays of SHAF member work at local shows, primarily agricultural or local festivals.
SHAF plans to have a 6 metre square trade stand at each show, and will use our 6X3 metre marquee fitted with tables and hanging space to display both 2D and 3D work.
This is a great opportunity for new or established artists to promote their work in a relaxed environment.
This presents a fantastic opportunity for both new and established artists to exhibit their work in a laid-back setting. Participants will be involved in setting up the marquee and a stewarding schedule will be established for the day.
In 2024, the SHAF marque allowed members to showcase their work alongside other artists.
A selection process will choose between 6 to 10 artists based on space requirements and interest. Local shows are ideal for introducing various artists’ work, attracting new members, and promoting upcoming shows and exhibitions.
These events help elevate SHAF’s visibility to a broader audience, benefiting all involved, including participating artists. SHAF has acquired its own marquee and display units to provide a professional gallery ambiance.
