For as long as I can remember I have had a passion for drawing, painting, stitching, creating. I enjoy experimenting and using many different techniques to create my textile artwork, sometimes combining several different techniques or media in any one piece. Whether in a mixed media art work or piece of pure textiles, an element of collage or layering can usually be found. The beautiful surroundings in which I have been fortunate to live have influenced my work, with most of my inspiration taken from my love of nature and organic forms.
