Biography

Short Biography

Artist Activist based at The Clay Factory on the edge of Ivybridge and Dartmoor.

Full Biography

Inspired and reenergised by Dartmoor, following a decade of work in human rights activism, I am now studying an MA in Fine Art at Plymouth College of Art.

The paintings shown here here are part of a series expressing pent up feelings, using oil and cold wax onto board.

I work in various media, recently experimenting with installation art.

I am currently researching art as a means to stimulate the building of empathic pathways between people and tragedies that are geographically far apart.

I hope through my art to share a spirit of compassion, understanding and restoration.

I am based at The Clay Factory near Ivybridge where I am organising community art fairs to take place every 3rd Saturday of the month, starting on Saturday 16th April. Please come along with your family and if you would like to exhibit then drop me an email! More info can be found on ‘The Dartmoor Edge’ event listed here: http://clayfactory.eventbrite.com/
