Janette Jagger was born in the Australian desert and has traveled widely, painting  various exotic locations, but now spends a  lot of time painting local scenes, especially of the beaches in summer in the South Hams.  She is a member of the ABNA [Association of British Naive Artists]  and has branched out, also, into hand made prints.  Janette enjoys painting ‘en plein air’ especially in the glorious South Hams summertime. In a previous year she has had a solo exhibition at Harbour House of her Australian paintings from a recent 6 months trip.
