Hello I’m Liz Mingo. I’ve had a career in nursing and childcare but now with my partner, I’m  fortunate to have moved to my school town of Totnes (and loving it!) I’ve always lived in Devon so I consider myself extremely lucky. I am a mixed media artist exploring the visual possibilities of  ceramic tiles and crockery (a good opportunity to recycle!) although every so often I enjoy a project in stained glass, I love the bright and sparkle of glass.

Many years ago I did a mosaic workshop and loved it, in between a busy work life I created many pieces of mosaic artwork some for our own home, and several commissions. I find it extremely satisfying when others get enjoyment from my art.

I’ve attended several more workshops in the last year and love the challenge of trying and learning something new.

Now settled in our new home I work from my studio and I aim to exhibit more of my art both locally and nationally.
