Full Biography

I have been sculpting birds in ceramics for 15 yrs. I started with an interest in domestic birds and have now leaned towards sculpting birds of prey. My favorite medium is flax paper stoneware clay fired in an electric kiln. Over the years I have flown many live birds including from horseback, and have taught myself from research to sculpt them with accuracy.
