I bought my first beads at 14 and have never looked back! I have done textile work since I was a teenager and discovered beadweaving about 25 years ago, it was a “coming home” moment.

Since then I have continually learnt and experimented in my beadwork. I feel great satisfaction in my work and started to teach others to foster their own sense of achievment.

I have exhibited at various venues in the South West, including Birdwood House in Totnes, Devon Guild of Craftsmen at Bovey Trace, Westpoint, Torre Abbey, and Lupton House.

I currently teach at Creative Crafts in Totnes and Hobbycraft in Kingsteignton. I also have an ongoing contract with Torbay Council for teaching leisure classes. I find teaching to be very rewarding.
