Lived in battersea where I attended battersea county school and took ‘O’ art. After leaving school my interest in art took a back seat for many years after model making and astronomy. A midlife move to the south hams rekindled my interest where I started in water colours before trying and sticking to acrylics. A slight career change which involved long hours and working away from home put a bit of a brake on my interest. On retiring I moved to Cyprus and with plenty of spare time my artwork picked up and I had a couple of exhibitions with some success then covid struck. Due to covid we moved back to the UK and now live in ivybridge with the beauty of Dartmoor for inspiration.
